MY PHILOSOPHY

MY PHILOSOPHY

It is my goal to put every client I have in the best position possible.  I love this job but I realize it is just my job, while what you come talk to me about it your LIFE.  That is never lost on me.  I want you to be informed about your case as thoroughly as possible.  I don't ever want a client of mine to wonder why we are taking a particular course of action.  I want my clients to tell me what they think and to know exactly why I think a particular strategy is what we should or shouldn't do.  I don't ever want a client to leave my office with a question unanswered.  This is your life, not just your case, and I will treat you with respect and honesty.

Honesty is the most important thing in a relationship between an attorney and client.   I don't believe in telling people what they want to hear if it isn't the truth.   Some attorneys will tell you anything they can just to get a paycheck.  That's not me and that's not how I run my practice. What I can promise is that I will do everything in my power to get you the best possible result for your case.  Every case is different and many things can change from the start until the conclusion.  I believe you ought to know the good, bad, and the ugly in your case so we can decide on the best course of action.  I was raised to be straight-up with people and that's what I try my best to do.

I have the courage and heart to take cases to trial when that's what the situation calls for.  I don't have to pretend I'm something I am not.  My track record speaks for itself and I'm very proud of it.  Not every case needs to go to trial to get the best outcome.  I have the experience to know the difference.

I believe every person deserves a fair shot in the courtroom, regardless of what you look like, where you come from, or what you believe in.  Justice is supposed to be for all of us, not just a select few.
